What rules of nutrition you need to follow

Diet during this period will help alleviate the patient's condition, minimizes the risk of relapse. In addition, you need to control your emotional state, avoid stress, do not forget to check the work of the digestive tract, consume food in small portions, but often, at least five times a day, eliminate any allergens from your diet, increase the amount of fluid. It is important to remember that stagnation of food in the body can also cause exacerbation of the disease.

To maintain water balance in psoriasis, you should:

  1. Drink at least 2 liters of water daily, and you can add a little lemon juice.
  2. It is best to give up or minimize the consumption of green and black tea. Replace them with herbal infusions, especially useful to drink chamomile.
  3. Include in the diet fresh juices from apples, carrots, beets.
