How to cook a casserole of potatoes and minced meat

There is probably no national cuisine in European countries that would not create a couple of their own, special recipes for potato casseroles. Recipes can be found in Italian, Swedish, French, and, of course, Russian cuisine. Potatoes seem to be made to make delicious casseroles. It goes well with mushrooms, fish, cheese and meat.

Potato casserole with minced meat

For the preparation of this dish you can also use ready-made minced meat made from boiled meat.

Ingredients for Casserole:

  • 1 kg of any potato;
  • 0.5 kg of ground beef;
  • medium sized onion head;
  • 0.1 kg of durum cheese;
  • eggs (large) - 3 pieces;
  • 15 g of salt;
  • 2 pinches - ground black pepper;
  • 10 ml of vegetable oil - to lubricate the form;
  • 3 sprigs of greenery (decoration of the dish).

Baking a casserole takes 40 minutes, calories - 309 kcal.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel potato tubers, cut into 4 parts. Cook as usual - boil potatoes, salt after boiling;
  2. Add minced meat with finely chopped onion, season with pepper, salt to taste. Hands thoroughly knead the mince and lightly fry;
  3. When the potatoes are cooked, it should be mashed. Then set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Then add two eggs to the puree, mix a little black pepper and salt;

  • fat cream - 150 grams;

Cooking casserole in the oven:

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, so wash them thoroughly using a brush;
  2. Bulbs, garlic cloves chop into cubes. Cut eggplant lengthwise into 7 mm thick slices and fry in olive (can be sunflower) oil;
  3. Add chopped onion, garlic, greens to the meat mass, season with spices to taste;
  4. Ready minced fry in a pan with butter. It takes no more than five minutes;
  5. Chop tomatoes and potatoes;

  2. In a large bowl, combine the yeast with the flour and grate the boiled potatoes (half) directly into this container. In the process, all the ingredients are mixed so that there are no lumps, and the mass is homogeneous;
  3. Remove peel from zucchini. Grate one half and add to the potato dough. In this mass, you must enter the vegetable oil, 180 ml of boiled water, grated cheese (half). Knead the dough with your hands, cover with a cloth. Let it stand warm;
  4. The remaining vegetables - potatoes, squash cut into slices, thickness 0.5 cm;
  5. Grease the form and put it on the bottom of the dough, smooth it with your hands. So that it does not stick to the hands, they must be moistened with water;
  6. Minced chicken, potato circles, zucchini are randomly distributed on the dough;
  7. Sprinkle all the ingredients with olive oil, sprinkle with cheese on top. Cook in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 175-180 degrees.

Casserole with potatoes, minced meat and mushrooms

How to make cooked casserole was especially tasty. The secret is simple: if you add fried mushrooms to the casserole, its taste will significantly improve.

Would need:

  • 200 grams of mushrooms (champignons);
  • half a pack of butter;
  • garlic (cloves) - 2 pieces;
  • large potatoes - 1 kg;
  • 500 grams of minced turkey or chicken.

How to cook:

How to cook a casserole of potatoes and minced fish

A special flavor to this dish gives the fish. Excellent taste combined with health benefits: calories and fat quite a bit.

Ingredients Required:

  • 150 ml of fresh milk;
  • fish fillets (you can take cod or haddock);
  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • a glass of cream;
  • onions (large) - 1 piece;
  • 2 grams of white (ground) pepper;
  • lemon (zest) - 1 pinch;
  • 60 grams - vegetable oil;
  • 3 sprigs of parsley;
  • spice.
