How to do:

  1. Peel zest from a lemon using a fine grater, squeeze juice out of fruit pulp, tear a bunch of oregano with your hands. Prepare the marinade for meat: in a deep bowl combine refined (olive) oil with 3 tbsp. spoons of juice, zest, oregano, thyme leaves. All this salt, pepper and mix;
  2. Piece a piece of pork into small pieces and put them in marinade, mix, leave for 1 hour to soak the meat;
  3. Grease wooden skewers. String on each pieces of pork, alternating them with slices of sweet peppers;
  4. Cook in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes. Then turn on the grill and leave the kebab under it for another 10 minutes.

Chicken Kebabs With Cherry Tomatoes In The Oven On Skewers

Prepare a kebab of chicken fillet, but in order not to overdry the meat, do not remove the skin before cooking, it will give the necessary moisture. Or strung fillet pieces interspersed with bacon or bacon on a skewer.

  • chicken breast (with skin) - 1 kg;
  • small cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces;
  • 3 champignons (medium-sized);

  • spices - to taste.

Step 1. Cut chicken breasts into slices. Chilli chop. Cut lemon zest and squeeze out the juice. Prepare the marinade: chopped chili pepper, a little mint leaves, put the zest in a blender cup, pour in olive oil, season with spices, chop. Pulp grate the resulting mixture. Marinate for 30-40 minutes.

Step 2. Rinse the mushrooms, if the size of the caps is small, you do not need to cut it.

  • 20 ml of soy sauce;
  • zucchini;
  • add salt to your liking.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the salmon fillet, the approximate size of each piece of 2x2 centimeters;

Useful tips

For cooking pork kebabs on skewers in the oven, besides the neck, you can also take a tenderloin and loin. We do not recommend using meat from the back. Barbecue from it turns out dry and even tough.
