Cooking:

  1. Initially, you need to prepare berries for sherbet. If you took strawberries, then it should be thoroughly washed, like any other berry. Cut into quarters and put in a container, closing it on top with cling film, you can simply cellophane bag and put it in the freezer for freezing.
  2. While the berries are frozen in the freezer, it is necessary to prepare a creamy jelly for further sherbet. To do this, mix the sugar and cream in a saucepan and put the mixture on a slow fire until boiling. When the sugar is well dissolved in the cream, add honey and lemon juice to the mixture. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes, stirring regularly.

Peppermint Chocolate Banana Sorbet

This type of ice cream is an unusually tasty dessert, which can also be easily prepared in the home cooking.

For cooking you will need:

  • 300 grams of frozen bananas;
  • 60 grams of condensed whole milk;
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder;
  • 6 leaves of fresh mint, which must be thoroughly rinsed and dried.

Cooking process:

  1. Put frozen bananas on the bottom of a cup of blender, add condensed milk, cocoa powder and mint leaves.
  2. Stir all the blender until the mixture is smooth in consistency.
  3. Put the ice cream in portion cups, you can use a regular food container for storing food.
  4. Carefully lay a few circles of bananas and a couple of mint leaves on top of the sorbet - this will serve as an ornament. Place the ice cream sorbet in the freezer for 5-6 hours to freeze.

Strawberry-basil sherbet

It is believed that strawberries can not be combined with basil, especially in dessert dishes.

But, precisely because of this combination of incompatible components, you can cook in your kitchen an extraordinary strawberry-basil sherbet.

To prepare this type of ice cream will need the following ingredients:

  • 300 grams of frozen strawberries;
  • 60 grams of whole condensed milk;
  • 4 leaves of fresh basil.

If you do not tolerate basil for any reason, you can always replace it with fresh mint leaves. But the very combination of strawberries with basil can create an extraordinary taste and aroma of ice cream dessert, which you will remember for a long time.

Cooking process:

  1. The first step is to place the strawberries in the bowl of the blender, adding there condensed whole milk and fresh basil leaves.
  2. All components must be mixed in a blender at the very maximum speed of the blender. If an immersion blender is used to make sherbet, then before preparing the sherbet, it is necessary to defrost the fruit a bit so that the blender can cope with it.
