  1. Wash the mushrooms, peel, cut into pieces and fry with chopped onions until soft. Fry no more than 15 minutes, otherwise the mushrooms will lose their taste;
  2. Boil the chicken, finely chop, mix with fried mushrooms;
  3. Wash the buckwheat, dry in a saucepan or pan with a thickened bottom. Put it in a greased form of large size to fit all the grain, add fried mushrooms, mix;
  4. Boil water, add salt to it and pour buckwheat with mushrooms (take water into account: 1 part buckwheat and 2 parts liquid). The water level should be two centimeters above the level of the cereal;
  5. Put the dish in a not very hot oven, about 150 degrees. Cook for 25 minutes until the water has evaporated. Then add butter, cover the form with foil and stir for another 10 minutes.

Chicken stuffed with buckwheat in the oven

Prepare the chicken carcass according to all the rules: thoroughly rinse, rub the inside with salt and crushed spices to your liking. Boil buckwheat, mix it with toasted giblets. Stuff the bird and sew it up.

You will need the following products:

  • 150 grams of pure champignons;
  • peeled onions - 2 heads;
  • chicken carcass;
  • 1 cup buckwheat groats;
  • 150-200 g butter;
  • 300 g chicken giblets;
  • a handful of chopped dill;
  • 100 grams of lard;
  • 2 eggs;
  • coarse salt to taste.

Cooking takes 2.5 hours. Its caloric value per 100 g will be 290 kcal.

Step by step method of cooking:

Step 1. Wash the treated chicken carcass and dry thoroughly with paper towels.

Step 2. Grate inside and outside with coarse salt. Make small cuts on the chicken and insert pieces of bacon.

Step 3. Cut the chicken offal into large pieces, fry in hot oil, preferably creamy. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer offal for 10 minutes.

Step 4. In another pan, fry the chopped mushrooms with onions in butter.

Step 5. Prepare a crumbly buckwheat porridge. Combine it with giblets, onions, mushrooms, add salt to taste, ground pepper, egg yolks and whipped egg whites separately.
