When water boils again, boil compote for about 10-15 minutes, then remove it from the stove and leave to infuse for half an hour. It remains to leave the drink for another three hours to insist under the lid, after which it can be poured into convenient cans for storage in the refrigerator.

The same drink can be successfully given to children, the main thing is not to add sugar to it.

Vitamin combination of apples and pears

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 l. water;
  • 3 apples;
  • 3 pears;
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara.

The cooking is very simple:

  1. Wash the fruit thoroughly, cut it into pieces, remove the bones, the core (we do not remove the skin, even if it is slightly stiff).
  2. Pour water into the dishes, bring to a boil, and when it boils, add some fruit, put it on the stove.

  4. Add sugar to taste, but to make the drink not too sour, it is better to add the specified amount of sugar - 2 tbsp. They can, if desired, be replaced by honey.

For this you will need:

  • 1 kg of apples;
  • 300 g of sugar;
  • 2 sprigs of dried mint;
  • 1 liter of water.

The preparation is as follows:

  1. To prepare the compote, it is better to take ripe apples of small size without flaws, the variety “White filling” is better suited. We remove the fruit stalk from the apples, carefully wash the fruit, transfer it to a colander so that the excess liquid is gone. After preparation, put the apples in clean jars, filling them in half. Put mint on top (you can replace it with cloves or cinnamon).   2. Prepare sugar syrup, fill them with apples.
