Prevention

Preventing sunburn is easy enough if you follow certain rules. The first step is to use sunscreen. It is selected individually, taking into account the sensitivity and lightness of the skin. The maximum SPF filter is 50, and the longer it is, the longer it can be under the sun.

In addition to the mandatory application of the cream is required:

  • refuse to stay in the sun during the period of its activity;
  • when walking on sunny days, be sure to wear hats and long-sleeved clothing;
  • be sure to take an umbrella to the beach to hide from the sun's rays;
  • on the beach, prefer to sunbathe swimming in the sea.

Some foods also help create a natural skin burn resistance. The use of large amounts of fruits and vegetables with vitamins A and C, as well as green tea dramatically increases the effectiveness of sunscreen.

Particular attention should be paid to pomegranate juice. This powerful antioxidant helps to stop the destruction of tissues in the body and prevent the release of toxins into the blood. In addition, proper nutrition contributes to accelerated tissue regeneration, which allows the ointment to act more efficiently.

When applying a burn ointment, be sure to read the instructions and composition. Most of these ointments have potent substances that can cause an allergic reaction.
