The technology is simple:

  1. We cut the rabbit, cut it into pieces and send it to cool in the fridge.

  • 150 ml of milk;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1 onion;

  • 3 tbsp. olive oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Grate carrots, chop onions into small cubes.
  2. Fry the rabbit in a pan until a crust appears, put it in a saucepan.
  3. Add the onion, put the carrot, simmer for two minutes.
