To make a fragrant soup, you will need ingredients such as:

  • 2 liters of drinking water;
  • 4-5 potatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 100 ml of cream;
  • 50 g of dried mushrooms;
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil;
  • greens, spices and salt - to taste.

Step by step preparation:

  1. We rinse the mushrooms in warm water to remove sand and salt, then drain the liquid. Mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for at least an hour to soak them.
