How to make a delicious marinade for chicken

Chicken is a simple everyday product, but with the help of marinade you can create real culinary wonders with it. Marinade will help the chicken become more aromatic, juicier and softer, well cooked or baked.

Marinade recipes

For frying chicken in a pan

If you decide to cook the chicken in the pan, it is worth marinating it with tomatoes, mayonnaise, olive oil. After soaking the marinade, the chicken will become noticeably softer and more tender.

Tomato

Wanted:

  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 pod of Bulgarian pepper;
  • 20 g of dill;
  • 20 g parsley;
  • to taste coriander;
  • 60 g of mayonnaise;
  • 60 ml of soy sauce.

Cooking: 15-20 minutes. Caloric content: 145 kcal.

Put the meat in a deep bowl. Grind the tomato, sweet peppers, greens and shift to the meat. Add spices to taste, mayonnaise, soy sauce. Mix well. Leave the meat in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that the pulp is soaked.

With olive oil and herbs

Wanted:

  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 bunch fresh basil;
  • 4 sprigs of thyme;
  • 45 ml of olive oil;
  • 5-6 g of salt;
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper.

Cooking: 10 minutes. Value: 168 kcal.

Peel zest from a lemon with a fine grater, squeeze juice out of pulp. Rip basil leaves by hand. Combine in a deep dish butter, zest, lemon juice, basil, thyme leaves. Season everything with pepper, salt and mix. Put the chicken pieces into the marinade, mix well, leave for half an hour, so that the meat is soaked.

Grilling

To make the chicken covered with a beautiful crust, turn on the grill in the oven and pre-pick the meat in red adzhik by adding onion rings and butter.

You will need:

  • 160 g onions;
  • 30 g adjika red;
  • 10 g of salt;
  • 35 ml of an odorless oil.

Salt chicken, grease with adzhika, add refined oil and chopped onion rings, mix and marinate for 90 minutes. Cook on the grill.

Honey-mustard marinade for roasting chicken in the oven

Honey mustard marinade goes well with chicken meat, and it's easy to cook.

With mustard, honey and anisette

You will need:

  • juice from half a lemon;
  • 100 ml of anisette;
  • 2-3 sprigs of thyme;
  • 35 ml of olive oil;
  • 20 grams of mustard grains;
  • 15 g of honey;
  • 2 pinches of black pepper;
  • 5 g of salt.

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes. Value: 180 kcal.

  • 60 g of mustard "Russian";
  • 25 g of flower honey;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 pinch of coriander;
  • turmeric to taste;

With beer

Wanted:

  • 3 large cloves of garlic;
  • ¾ Art. beer;
  • ¼ Art. soy sauce;
  • 80 g of liquid honey;
  • 10 g of Dijon mustard;
  • 25 ml of olive oil;
  • 1 pinch of chili.

It will take: 15 minutes. Value: 172 kcal.

Peel the garlic cloves, chop. Mix honey in mustard with mustard, butter, sauce, add chili, chopped garlic and pour beer. Stir well. Marinade pour chicken pulp, mix. Put in the fridge for two hours.

With wine

Wanted:

  • 300 ml of kefir (can be replaced with natural yogurt);
  • 200 grams of rye bread;
  • 200 ml of dry white wine;

With soy sauce

You will need:

  • 250 ml of soy sauce;
  • 250 ml of kebab ketchup;
  • 1 handful of paprika.

Combine in a large bowl sauce with ketchup, mix well. Put the prepared meat in marinade, sprinkle with paprika and put in the fridge. After a couple of hours, you can start cooking kebabs.

With honey and balsamic vinegar

Honey, which is used for marinade, goes well with mustard. Prescription balsamic vinegar is added, but you can take lemon juice - it will be no worse.

Required for 1 serving:

  • 50 g of honey;
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar;
  • 10 g of mustard;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • to taste basil, black pepper, salt.

Time: 10 minutes. The number of calories: 166.

In a bowl, mix honey with balsamic vinegar, mustard, chopped garlic, and spices. Add large pieces of chicken, marinate for about 40 minutes. Then cook in any way.

Useful tips

Choose spicy herbs for marinade at your discretion - you can take a dry mix of Provencal herbs, basil, thyme. We do not recommend to get involved in fresh rosemary. If you do not have onion on hand, you can take leek or red, did not find basil - no less tasty it will turn out with fragrant fresh dill.
