Products:

  • wheat flour - 2 glasses;
  • low-fat kefir - 200 ml;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l;
  • salt;
  • soda.

Beat the egg. Slightly heat the kefir in the microwave, mix in a container with egg, salt. Add soda to the sifted flour. All the ingredients combine, pour the sunflower oil and knead the elastic dough.
