Mushroom sauce is suitable for meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, potatoes, pasta. And to prepare it is very simple: it does not take more than half an hour.

Classic recipe with champignons

Cooking time: 30 minutes.

Caloric content per 100 g: 75 kcal.

For cooking you need:

  • 150 g of champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 70 g butter;
  • 1 tbsp. flour;
  • 200 ml of cream 30%;
  • salt to taste;
  • a little ground nutmeg.

Making the sauce is quite simple:

  1. Mushrooms and onions are cut into small pieces, fried in a pan in vegetable oil - all the excess liquid should evaporate from the mushrooms.
  2. All content is laid out in a separate container, and butter is added to the butter, where the mushrooms are fried, then flour is poured, and cream is added. Everything is thoroughly mixed and left on the stove, but not brought to a boil.
  3. Onions, mushrooms, nutmeg and salt to taste are added to the mixture.

It will remain just to mix the mixture, cooking it on low heat until it thickens to the desired consistency. This dressing is perfect for meat dishes.

Delicate cream sauce with porcini mushrooms

Cooking time: 25 minutes.

Caloric content per 100 g: 148 kcal.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of white mushrooms;
  • 250 mg of cream (the fatter the better);
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 50 g butter;
  • a pinch of salt and black ground pepper, nutmeg.

First, melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in finely chopped garlic and warm it for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Try to mix the mixture regularly so that it does not burn. After the specified time, add finely chopped white mushrooms to the pan, salt and pepper, leave on low heat for 10 minutes.

Then add to the mass of cream and put on a slow fire for about 8 minutes, remembering to stir often. It should be noted that during the languor, the sauce will thicken slightly, decrease in volume. And in order to avoid lumps in the mixture, it is better to beat it with a blender.

Cooking Dried Mushroom Sauce

Cooking time: 40 minutes (+3 hours).

Calories per 100 g: 103 kcal.

Will need such products:

  • 20 g of dried mushrooms;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 1 tbsp. flour;
  • 400 ml of mushroom broth;
  • spices to taste:
  • 100 ml sour cream of any fat content;
  • salt to taste

Cooking is simple:

  1. Thoroughly wash dried mushrooms, pour boiling water over them and leave for three hours (or better at night). It is best to take exactly the white ones, since they will give the fill a stunning aroma and taste.
  2. Cooked mushrooms boil for half an hour. After that, the broth should remain in the pan - it should not be poured, since in the future we will use it in the preparation of the sauce. Mushrooms themselves finely chopped.
  3. In a pan fry the flour, adding a small amount of butter. Gradually we introduce mushroom broth, mixing everything carefully.
  4. Enter the sour cream in a mixture, salt and pepper. It is enough to put out the mass for another 3-5 minutes, until it thickens.

Cooking a delicious and hearty dinner

Potato patties with mushroom sauce

Cooking time: 60 minutes.

To surprise your household, prepare for them delicious potato patties. We will need the following ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of potatoes;
  • 60 g butter;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 3 tbsp. flour;
  • 300 g of champignons;
  • 100 ml of sour cream or cream;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • salt and spices to taste.

To prepare such a dish is very simple, especially if you have yesterday’s mashed potatoes. Moreover, the combination of mushrooms and potatoes is very harmonious, and the sauce itself can be made on the basis of sour cream or cream.

First you need to boil the potatoes, which will take 20-30 minutes. After it is cooked, you need to drain the water and mash the boiled root vegetables in mashed potatoes, adding a little butter. Before cooking, wait until it has cooled. Put the egg in mashed potatoes, mix thoroughly, pepper, salt, add flour.

From the resulting mixture sculpt patties, rolling in breadcrumbs. Fry them for 4-5 minutes on each side in a small amount of vegetable oil.

While the cutlets are being cooked, we make a sauce of champignons. To do this, we clean them, wash them, finely cut them, and prepare onions in the same way. Then put the pan on the stove and when it warms up, put the butter. First, fry the onions on low heat - it should soften, then add the mushrooms and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add to the mixture of sour cream and cream.

If you chose sour cream, then first you need to add two tablespoons of boiling water to it, mix everything quickly and only then pour the sauce into the mushrooms.

Stew still 10 minutes, then slowly pour a tablespoon of flour and mix everything thoroughly, leave to simmer for another two minutes.

It remains to add to the mixture of salt, pepper and you can serve burgers to the table.

Delicious spaghetti for dinner

  • 200 g spaghetti;

  1. Boil spaghetti in lightly salted water according to the instructions.
