What is a wrap and how does it work?

Hot wraps for weight loss at home are the application of a cosmetic composition on the problem areas (abdomen, sides, buttocks and thighs). Then the body is wrapped in a cocoon of food film and warmed with some warm clothing to create a good vacuum effect.

  1. For 50 ml of jojoba oil, take 5 drops of juniper, myrrh, cinnamon and grapefruit or other citrus oil.
  2. Mix grape seed oil in the same quantity with 10 ml of black coffee oil.
  3. Mix in equal quantities of myrrh, lavender and orange oil.

The procedure lasts about an hour, after which it is recommended to take a shower and apply a moisturizer to the skin.

Other cold treatments

Clay. Prefer blue or white clay. It should be diluted in water at room temperature, carefully stirred so that there are no lumps. Add a few drops of lavender, cinnamon or citrus oil to the mixture.

Apple vinegar. Dilute it in the same proportions with water and moisten the elastic bandage in solution. Wrap the body thoroughly with a bandage. Or simply rub the liquid into the body and wrap in cling film.

Potatoes. Boil the vegetable in the uniform, push it into a mush, mix with base or essential oil for a deeper effect. The procedure lasts at least an hour.

Agar Agar. Mix a tablespoon of agar-agar with vegetable oil and two yolks. Wrapping lasts no more than half an hour.

Hot wraps at home: recipes

"Hot" slimming wraps are usually prepared using hot water, which is diluted with the main components. However, these include those compounds that cause a particularly enhanced blood flow - these are mixtures with ginger juice, mustard, and red pepper. They are called fat burning, as they penetrate deep under the fat layer and contributes to the accelerated work of cells.

When applying the cosmetic mass with too “hot” composition, distribute it in such a way that its main part covers the problem areas - sides, buttocks and the outer surface of the thighs. Algal

Buy kelp or fucus powder. For slimming more suitable kelp, and for cosmetic purposes - fucus.

Algae do not need to buy kilograms - you have enough 100-gram packaging, as they swell very well.

Pour a tablespoon of powder with hot water (with a temperature not exceeding 65 degrees, otherwise the algae will lose their properties) and leave to stand for 15 minutes under a lid or napkin.

Ginger
