The perfect sauce for meat dishes and meatballs. To cook it, you will need:

  • 200 ml of cream (20%);
  • 1 tbsp. butter;
  • 1 tbsp. flour;
  • 0.5 tsp. salt and black pepper.

Cooking is simple:

  1. Put a dry frying pan on the fire. Sift the flour through a sieve and fry it until golden. After that, add butter to the pan and fry for a few more minutes until it melts.
  2. Pour in the cream, mix thoroughly, stew. For mixing it is best to use a wooden spoon.

Recipe for making hot barbecue sauce

If you like spicy dishes, then this sauce will fit perfectly, and for its preparation you will need no more than 15 minutes.

Ingredients of the sauce:

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tsp hot pepper;
  • 300 ml of tomato paste;
  • 1 tbsp. wine vinegar (optional).

To make gravy, you need to heat the oil in a saucepan, after it is heated, add to it finely chopped garlic (you can grind it through a press).

Pass for about 3 minutes. When the characteristic garlic smell appears, add pasta and spices to the sauce, stir and heat for a few more minutes.

Pour in a spoonful of vinegar and simmer for 8-10 minutes more. The readiness of the sauce depends on the form in which you want to get it: if it is liquid, you can take it off the heat, if you need a thicker sauce, hold it on the stove for a few more minutes so that excess moisture can evaporate.

Recipe for delicious creamy mushroom sauce for meatballs

Cooking time: 35 minutes.

This sauce is ideal not only for meatballs, but also for ordinary meatballs and even for simple fried potatoes, it will make the dish tender and delicious.

We need the following ingredients:

  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 ml of sour cream;
  • 50 g parsley and dill;
  • 0.5 tsp salts;
  • 1 tsp olive oil.

The cooking process is simple:

  1. Rinse the onions well, mushrooms. Peel the onions, finely chop them, fry them in the oil, stirring constantly.
  2. While the onion is being cooked, finely chop the champignons, shift them to the onion and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add sour cream, salt to the container and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Then remove the griddle from the stove.
  4. Cut the greens and add to the gravy. And in order to achieve a completely homogeneous state, it is advisable to whip the sauce in a blender for two minutes.

How to make spicy gravy with orange juice

Cooking time: 20 minutes.

To make a spicy gravy, you need the following ingredients:

  • 0.5 tbsp. ketchup;
  • 1 orange juice;
  • 0.5 tsp chili peppers;
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • 2 tbsp. grain mustard (French);
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar;
  • 2 tbsp. corn starch;
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara.

To make a spicy sauce, combine orange juice, starch, vinegar, and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. In another container, combine soy sauce with ketchup, add pepper and mustard. Pour everything into a frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom, put on a slow fire and stir until thick, about 5-7 minutes.

You can add orange or lemon zest to a ready gravy. Ideal for meat dishes.

Meatballs in gravy like in kindergarten

This kind of gravy is often cooked in kindergarten, and not only meatballs are poured over it, but also pasta, rice. Even a child can cope with cooking, and the taste will be gentle and pleasant.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 500 g of minced meat (pork or beef);
  • 500 g onions;
  • 1 liter of tomato juice;
  • 1 tsp spices (for chicken, meat, etc.).

To prepare the dish, first rub the onions, fry it until golden brown, stirring regularly, so as not to burn. Then put mince into the container and continue frying for another 15 minutes, stirring constantly - a pinkish tint should go away from the meat.

Add to the mass of tomato juice, spices, simmer for half an hour on low heat. Cover and continue to simmer.

It remains just to cook pasta or porridge as a side dish and can be served at the table.
