How to cook beef patties deliciously

  • parsley - 40 g;
  • olive oil - 60 ml;
  • onions (for sauce) - 150 g;
  • garlic - 10 g + 20 g (for the sauce);
  • cinnamon - 10 g;
  • tomatoes in their own juice - 1 liter of the bank.

Cutlets are cooked for about an hour and a half, and in one hundred grams of a fragrant dish there are 145 kcal.

Bread at the beginning of cooking should be soaked in wine. After squeezing and placing in a blender with garlic, minced onion and washed parsley.

After the homogeneous vegetable mix mixed with two types of minced meat, into which you can also beat the eggs and add 10 g of salt, pepper mixture. Minced meat should be beaten off and put in the fridge for forty minutes.

After that, from the fragrant stuffing, form long, oval-shaped cutlets and fry in olive oil until a beautiful crust is obtained from all sides. On this, preferably deep, pan, you should further pass the peeled onions and garlic for the sauce to a transparent state.

Then pour the tomatoes chopped in a blender in their own juice, pour in cinnamon, the remaining mixture of peppers and salt. Stew the sauce for half an hour, pour it into a larger, convenient dish and put cutlets into it, which should then be cooked for another twenty minutes over low heat.

Any kind of garnish, salads from fresh vegetables are suitable for the magnificent Greek dish.

Culinary tips

Beef is a very nourishing and nutritious meat product, which should be present in the diet of each. From this type of meat you can cook a variety of patties, changing only the method of cooking - roasting in the oven, roasting in a frying pan or steaming.

To make the dish the most juicy, tasty and healthy, you need:

  1. Choose young beef, with a small amount of fat layers;
  2. Soak the bread in milk, not water and squeeze well before adding it to the mince;
