Looking for the following ingredients:

  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • 200 g of mushrooms;
  • 2 tsp. flour;
  • 7-8 potatoes;
  • 500 g of fish;
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream;
  • Ground black pepper, salt and mayonnaise to taste.

First, divide the fish: clean the husk, remove the fins, remove the internal organs, then from all sides lubricate it with spices and salt. Rinse the mushrooms, chop finely, send to the preheated pan for 5-7 minutes, then add the onion. When the mass has cooled down a bit, mix it with mayonnaise.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put the chopped potatoes, onions, put the carp on top and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of +180 degrees - a golden crust should appear.

While the fish is being prepared, make the sauce: put the sour cream in a saucepan, put on a slow fire and, when it melts, add flour, stirring constantly. Remove the container from the fire when the mass thickens.

Remove the carp carcass, carefully pour the sauce, cover with grated cheese on top and bake again for 10-15 minutes.

Juicy fish in the sleeve

  • 2.5 kg of carp;
  • ground salt and black pepper to taste;
  • juice of 1 lemon;
  • 80 grams of rice;
  • 50 g butter;

  • 200 g of walnuts;
  • 2 pinches of thyme;
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • 2 tomatoes.

Cooking technology will be as follows:

  1. Season the prepared carp with salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, leave to marinate for half an hour.
  2. Boil the rice until half cooked.
  3. In a pan, fry grated carrots, finely chopped onions, mushrooms, nuts, salt.
  4. Add the rice, pepper, thyme, herbs and finely chopped tomatoes to a container before removing from heat.
