Apply your favorite cream on the chin, smooth it from the center to the ears with acceleration for 5 minutes.

Next, start tapping the skin of your chin with your fingertips in the same direction for 3-5 minutes. Pinch your skin lightly for about 3 minutes. Then, with dense movements of the knuckles, massage the tissues of the chin. Finish the massage with movements that soothe the skin, stroking it from the center to the ears.

All of the above steps not only contribute to the disappearance of the second chin, but also tighten the oval face and eliminate minor facial wrinkles.
