For this reason, the chicken breast is cooked very quickly, and if you do not know the cooking characteristics of this part of the chicken carcass, it is likely that it will be easily dried out.

How to start cooking white meat

Before cooking on the stove, chicken breast must be washed with cold water, you can directly from the tap.

If the breast is frozen, it is thawed on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator before cooking.

In no case can you thaw chicken breast in water, all nutrients will irrevocably pass into the water, and the breast itself, even with proper cooking, will become hard and tasteless.
