It remains to just prepare the filling, put inside, roll up the rolls and tie around the edges with a string.

It’s easy to cook them - you can make them in the oven, boil them for a couple in a slow cooker, and fry them in a frying pan. The duration of cooking depends on the filling, on average from 30 to 60 minutes.

The easiest way to prepare such a snack is in a slow cooker: you need to roll the semi-finished products into a roll, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and spices, set the desired mode and leave for 40 minutes. But most often they cook the rolls in the oven - in this case, the rolls will be more fragrant, soaked with added seasonings.

Here, too, everything is simple: after twisting, pieces of chicken with a filling need to be put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and sent to the oven at + 180 ... +200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

To make the dish covered with a crust on both sides, in the process of baking, the rolls must be turned twice.

An excellent appetizer will turn out when cooking in a pan, and you can both fry them and stew them. In the first case, the rolls must first be sent to the freezer for half an hour so that they retain their shape when frying.

It remains to dip the snack in the eggs and breadcrumbs and send in the pan. If the rolls are too thick, send them to the microwave for 10 minutes after frying.

And in order to get a more dietary dish, fry the rolls firstly on both sides for 5-6 minutes, then pour over any sauce, for example tomato, stew with the lid closed for half an hour.

Recipe for mushroom rolls

  • 100 g of hard cheese;

While the chicken is cooked, cut the mushrooms, fry in butter, add the chopped herbs and garlic, mix with the grated cheese. Put the stuffing on the meat, put the boiled quail eggs on top, wrap tightly and tie the chicken with threads. Wrap each piece in foil, send to the oven to bake for half an hour.

  • 1 pack of chicken seasoning;
  • 50 g of cheese 9% fat.

  • 700 g chicken fillet;
  • 20 g of salt;
  • 10 g of ground black pepper;
  • 150 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 2 sweet peppers;
  • bunch of parsley;
  • 200 g of bacon;
  • 20 ml of vegetable oil.

Each fillet is cut in half, beat, salt, pepper, smear with curd cheese, sprinkle with diced pepper and finely chopped greens. Tightly rolled into rolls, wrapped with a thinly sliced ​​strip of bacon, spread into a form, smeared with oil.

Zucchini rolls with breast

  • 2 young squash;
  • 1 chicken pile (2 fillets);
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • salt and spices to taste.

First you need to prepare the chicken itself: the meat is separated from the bone, washed thoroughly, cut into several pieces, each piece is beaten off. And in order not to stain the kitchen when fighting meat, it is recommended to wrap the fillet in plastic bags. Then the meat should be salted, pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, put into a deep container and leave to marinate for half an hour.

While the meat is infused, you should do zucchini: thoroughly wash the vegetables, cut off the tails, chop the zucchini into thin strips. Put prepared strips of zucchini in the form, brushing it with butter, and send to the oven for 5-8 minutes at a temperature of +200 degrees.

While the vegetables are baking, we rub the cheese on a coarse grater. After the zucchini has cooled down, you can start forming rolls of them: lay out the beaten fillet on the zucchini, sprinkle cheese on top, roll it up. If the pieces are too large, each roll can be cut into two pieces.

We lay out a snack in a baking dish and send it for 30 minutes to an oven warmed to +200 degrees.
