How to cook potato casserole with mushrooms in the oven and slow cooker

In the casserole, the main thing is to understand the principle of preparing the main products: chop the potatoes very thin, fry the mushrooms, and not soar under the lid, the excess moisture only spoils the taste of the dish. As soon as you prepare it, you can fantasize with the rest of the ingredients, even indefinitely.

Classic recipe

This dish is convenient because for cooking you can take any mushrooms: both frozen forest and all season elastic champignons.

Quantity of products:

  • 6 champignons;
  • half a pack of cream + 20 ml of vegetable oil;
  • peeled 2 cloves of garlic;
  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Product preparation: 35 min. Cooking: 60 min.

Method of cooking potato casserole with mushrooms:

Step 1. Chop the garlic. Cut the champignons. Heat a piece of butter and 10 ml of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Then add the mushrooms, season with spices and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 2. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin circles and divide the entire volume into approximately three equal parts.

Step 3. Put one part of the potatoes on the bottom of the greased form, sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, then half of the mushrooms, top with the next layer of potato circles, season. On the potatoes decompose the remaining mushrooms. The final layer of the remaining potatoes, which is sure to sprinkle with oil and season.

Step 4. Send the dish for an hour in the preheated oven, covering the top with a sheet of foil. When the casserole is cooked, let it stand for 10 minutes, then turn it over on a wide dish and serve.

Potato casserole with minced meat and mushrooms in the oven

A dish of chicken minced potatoes and pickled mushrooms, cooked in the oven, may well become dietary. In this case, serve it with slices of dark grain bread dried in a toaster. It is not only healthy, but also very tasty.

You will need:

  • common onion;
  • refined oil - 30 g;
  • fresh greens to taste;
  • minced chicken - 100 g;
  • chicken egg of the selected category - 4 pieces;
  • boiled potatoes - 2 pieces;
  • pickled mushrooms - 250 g;
  • natural milk - 250 ml.

Preparation process: 30 min. Cooking process: 20 min. Value: 305 kcal (100 g).

  1. Start cooking with onions. Chop the onion, fry in the refined oil. Now send the minced meat to the pan for 10 minutes;

  3. Salt eggs and beat with milk. Chop the potatoes, put them in a greased form;
  4. Put the stuffing on the potatoes and fill it with egg mixture. Send to preheated oven (180 Cº) for 20 minutes.

Chicken, Mushroom & Cheese Potato Casserole

In this casserole, everything is fine, take on a little bit of the most affordable ingredients, and as a result you get a large casserole on all households.

Quantity of products:

  • small chicken breast - 1 pc;
  • peeled potatoes - 1 kg;
  • any mushrooms - 300 g;
  • cream fat content up to 20% - 200 ml;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • green onions - 8 feathers;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • Peasant oil - 40 g;
  • grated nutmeg nut - pinch;
  • to taste the dish season with spices.

Preparation will take 20 minutes. Cooking will require: 50 min.

Caloric content - 278 kcal (100 g).

Protein 19.9 g, fat 8.9 g, carbohydrate 7.9 g

Cooking:

Step 1. Salt the chicken fillet, pepper and fry on each side. Heat refined oil in a skillet and fry the meat on each side until cooked. Roast meat cut into thin sticks.

Step 2. Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan without a lid, so they are well roasted.

Step 3. Chop the potatoes into thin circles or slices, rub the cheese on a fine grater. Green onion feather cut diagonally.

Step 4. In a separate dish, beat the eggs well with cream, season with salt and pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg, onion, grated cheese and mix everything.

Step 5. Put the potatoes in layers in the prepared form, fill the meat and mushrooms stuffing between them, then pour the cream mixture and send to the oven for 50 minutes.

Step 6. Cool the baked pudding slightly. Cut diamonds or triangles and serve on the table.

Potato casserole with mushrooms in a slow cooker

For cooking potato casserole, you can use the slow cooker, which combines a lot of possibilities, so you can easily cope with cooking a healthy dish.

Number of products required:

  • champignons large (fresh) - 10 pieces;
  • large potatoes - 6 pieces;
  • any cheese - 150 g;
  • low-fat cream - 250 ml;
  • Peasant butter (butter) - 50 g;
  • spices to taste + parsley for decoration.

Ingredients preparation: 15 min. Cooking: 60 min. Value: 230 kcal.

Fat 7.8 g; proteins 10.0 g; carbohydrates 9.1 g

Cooking:

  1. Peel the tubers, cut into circles. In champignons, cut the legs, and chop the caps into strips, fry in melted butter;
  2. In a dry bowl combine cheese and cream, season with salt;
  3. Put half of the chopped potatoes on the bottom of the bowl, fried mushrooms on top, pour in a little cream cheese mixture, then again a layer of potato mugs and pouring leftovers. Close the slow cooker. Cook in bake mode. Take out, sprinkle with parsley.

Lenten mashed potatoes casserole with mushrooms

The ingredients in the lean dish seem to be the same as in other casseroles - beaten egg yolk, milk, mushrooms, potatoes, but we made the latter easier and more tender.

Number of ingredients:

  • 400 grams of peeled potatoes;
  • large egg yolks - 2 pieces;
  • refined oil - 50 ml + 10 ml for lubrication;
  • a handful of ground crackers;
  • Greens to taste for decoration.

The composition of the mushroom filling:

  • 300 grams of white mushrooms;
  • refined oil - 60 g;
  • 2 white bulbs;
  • skimmed milk - 150 ml;
  • 1 egg.

Product preparation: 20 min. Cooking: 40 min. Value per 100 g: 270 kcal.

Carbohydrates 8.9 g, protein 8 g, fat 6.9 g

How to do:

  1. Boil potatoes until cooked in salted hot water. Mash, adding a little warm milk first, and then egg yolks;
  2. Peel and chop the onion. Send it to preheated refined oil and fry until golden brown. Cut the mushrooms, add to the onions, season and cook for 15 minutes;
  3. Combine half of mashed potatoes with half of fried mushrooms, carefully move;
  4. Preheat your oven to 180ºC. A form that can be used in the oven grease with refined oil and sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs. Put the potato and mushroom mass, fried mushrooms on top, the last layer of mashed potatoes;
  5. Salt the egg, whisk it well with low-fat milk. Pour the casserole with this mixture and send to the oven for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and cool slightly. Cut into squares and serve.

Potato Casserole with Porcini Mushrooms

Mushrooms bust and wash well. Very large cut. If such mushrooms are mixed with dried pieces of white bread, potato slices, filling all with sour cream sauce, you get a very tasty and nourishing casserole, which can become a full-fledged dinner.

Quantity of products for a dish:

  • fresh white mushrooms - 400 grams or dry 100 grams;
  • savory buns (preferably dried);
  • 250 g sour cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a slice of cheese - 50 g;
  • a handful of breadcrumbs;
  • potatoes - 3 tubers.

For cooking: 45 minutes. The value of food in calories: 350 kcal.

Cooking method:

Step 1. Rinse the white mushrooms, clean and boil if necessary. Dry mushrooms require pre-soaking for about eight hours. Cut the mushrooms into strips. Buns, too, cut into thin cubes, and potato slices. If the bread is very soft, then it is necessary to dry the slices in the oven or toaster.

Step 2. Square out: potato circles, mixed mushrooms with bread. All pour a mixture of whipped cream with egg. Top with grated cheese.

Step 3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC, cook the casserole for 25 minutes. Serve with tomato sauces.

Culinary tips

  1. Chicken fillet can be replaced with turkey;
  2. If you do not have time to cook fresh mashed potatoes, you can use yesterday's;
  3. Any mushrooms should be cooked in a frying pan without a lid, so that they do not peel, but roast;
  4. Dried mushrooms can be soaked in regular milk by adding a little salt. After a couple of hours they will be similar in taste to fresh.
