  • champignons - 80 grams;
  • mushroom decoction - 200 ml;
  • wheat flour - 50 grams;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • ground nutmeg - 5 grams;
  • ground black pepper - 5 grams;
  • sunflower oil - 40 ml;
  • salt (preferably sea).

How to cook:

  1. First of all, soak the dried mushrooms for several hours, after washing them in running water.
  2. Soaked mushrooms boil until cooked (about half an hour). At the end of cooking, in about 10 minutes, add to them fresh or thawed champignons. Strain the mushrooms. Do not forget that the decoction for cooking is also useful to you, so drain it into a small container and set aside.
  3. Wash vegetables and peel them. Grate beets, pumpkins and carrots separately from each other. Dice tomatoes and peppers, finely chop the onion.
  4. Rinse all the cereals in turn in running water.
  5. Pass the chopped onion in a hot frying pan in oil until you get transparency, then add carrots to it and then on the fire for another couple of minutes, salt in the end.
  6. Pot, it should be high enough, but at the same time fit in the oven, grease from the inside with sunflower oil and sprinkle the bottom and walls with semolina.
  7. Layer out all ingredients in a saucepan: beets, millet, half onions with carrots, rice, pepper with tomatoes, buckwheat, onions with carrots, couscous and pumpkin. Tamp each layer thoroughly with a spoon and sprinkle the grits lightly with salt. In several places, pierce the layers with a knife, trying to get to the bottom.
  8. Gently pour a liter of water into the pan, cover with a lid and put on moderate heat for a quarter of an hour.
