  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp salt.

First, boil rice: the amount specified in the recipe for cereals needs about 0.5 liters of water. Salt the cereal and leave on medium heat for 20 minutes - the liquid should boil completely. After it cools, pour in a sieve and set aside.

While the cereal is boiled, fry the vegetables (onions and carrots) for 2-3 minutes, a golden crust should appear.
