  4. On the first layer, spread out half of the cheese filling and spread it over the surface. Cover the top with a second layer, fasten the edges;
  5. Do the same with the following khachapuri;
  6. Grease the pan with refined oil, put a flat cake, cover with a lid, cook for 10 minutes;
  7. As soon as one of the sides acquires a brown crust, immediately turn over, cook another seven minutes, but without the lid;
