How to cook classic tiramisu at home

  1. Eggs - 6 pieces;
  2. Mascarpone - 500 grams;
  3. Granulated sugar - 6 tablespoons;
  4. Savoyardi (cookies) - 250 grams;
  5. Strong coffee - 300 ml;
  6. Cocoa - 2 tablespoons;
  7. Cognac (optional) - 50 grams.

First you need to thoroughly wash the eggs in hot water, preferably with soap. In this way, we protect ourselves from salmonella that lives on the shell.

Now separate the whites and yolks. Protein mass until it needs to be removed in the refrigerator. Add sugar to the yolks and beat until mass increases. All sugar should be completely dissolved.

Savoyardi cookies are also not always available on the supermarket shelves. You can replace it with baby cookies or bake cookies yourself. Below we give a recipe.

A more simplified version is to simply bake a couple of biscuit cakes and smear them with cream.

Savoyardi homemade includes:

  • Egg yolk - from two eggs;
  • Protein - from three eggs;
  • Flour - 50 grams;
  • Sugar - 60 grams.

Cooking time - 50 minutes. Calories - 250 kcal per 100 grams.

Beat the yolk to light color with 30 grams of sugar. We act in the same way with proteins, only they must be whipped to white color and strong peaks. Mix both masses with neat movements. Add flour and vigorously stir until the lumps disappear.

The finished dough can be baked in two ways - separate cookies and a whole cake, which will then be cut. 2 minutes after the start of baking, the dough is sprinkled with powdered sugar. Then this is done by the end of cooking. The finished cookies will be quite soft. However, then it will gradually harden.

To make a delicious tiramisu dessert, you need to consider a few nuances:
