One of the best culinary masterpieces for the quick case - of course, very light, nutritious, very tasty salads in a hurry. To do this, at our disposal the freshest vegetables, fruits, herbs and cheese. And, of course, fish, sausage, of all kinds.

Fish Salad with Curd Cheese

Would need:

  • Adygei cheese - 200 g;
  • for decoration - 3 sprigs of parsley;
  • 6 leaves of green lettuce;
  • 150 g hot smoked mackerel;
  • savory yogurt;
  • potato chips and pitted olives - for decoration.

To prepare this salad will take 25 minutes. Get 3 servings, each contains 200 kcal.

How to cook:

  1. Rinse and dry on a towel a piece of lettuce. Hands tear them into a prepared salad bowl. To them add mackerel, pre-crushed into pieces;

  • 1 large pod of sweet pepper;
  • white onions;
  • some lemon juice for sprinkling;
  • 1 large and dense tomato;
  • mayonnaise - to taste;
  • parsley - to taste;
  • egg category "selective";
  • Dill - to taste.

It takes 35 minutes to prepare. Get 3 full servings of 230 calories each.

How to cook:

Step 1

Cod liver put in a cup, break it into small pieces. Chop vegetables: a pod of Bulgarian pepper, a tomato and onions - cubes. Add vegetables to the cup to the liver.

Step 2

Boiled egg chop finely. From the apple to remove the skin, remove the core and rub on a regular grater. Sprinkle apple pulp with lemon juice so that it does not darken.

Step 3

Add grated apple, egg and a bit of chopped greens to the cup with liver and vegetables, season with mayonnaise. All ingredients mix.

Salad "Nourishing" with sausage

It will take:

  • 1 medium sized apple (about 100 g);
  • red onion head - ¼ part;
  • sweet and sour mustard - 1 tsp;
  • a slice of white bread for toast;
  • greens, lettuce leaves, green onion feathers - for decoration;
  • sour cream - 40 g;
  • Krakow sausage - 100 g.

You can prepare a dish for 3 persons in 25 minutes. Each serving (100 grams) contains 270 kcal.

Step by step method of cooking:

Step 1

To make a toast: cut a slice of bread across the entire width of the loaf. Redden in a pan without adding oil (on both sides).

Step 2

Cut the sausage into thin straws, do not remove the peel from the apple, chop in a similar way - straws. The ratio of these ingredients should be 1: 1, they are the main components of the dish.

Step 3

Chop a quarter of red onion with fine strips, chop green onion feathers, add to the main ingredients (sausage, apple). Fill the dish with sour cream and mustard, mix. Put lettuce leaves in a bowl, on top of them a ready dish.

Step 4

In a fried piece of bread, cut off the crusts, cut it into two triangles. Serve: put 2 parsley sprigs (without the stem) on the plate next to the salad hill, 2 slices of toast.

Salad "Interesting"

It will take:

  • 400 g small inflorescences of fresh broccoli;
  • or 1 pack of frozen broccoli;
  • 1 pack (300 g) - crab sticks;
  • egg - 4 pieces;
  • light mayonnaise - 150 g;
  • salt to taste.

Salad can be prepared in 20 minutes. Calculation of products for 4 servings, each contains 180 kcal.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil broccoli in boiling water for three minutes. It is important not to digest cabbage, inflorescences should be elastic. Cook 4 hard boiled eggs;
  2. Crab sticks, broccoli florets and chop eggs.

Tip: Mayonnaise can be replaced with a sauce consisting of 4 tablespoons of sugar-free yogurt and a mustard dessert spoon.

Salad "Spicy" with salmon

Required Products:

  • lightly salted salmon - 200 g;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 2 any apples;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces;
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • purple bow - 1 head;
  • mayonnaise - 150 g;
  • lettuce or parsley leaves;
  • spices to taste.

The required time for cooking will be 20 minutes, each portion of the salad contains 280 kcal.

How to cook:

  1. Cut off the peel from an apple. Cut apples, cucumbers into cubes, peppers and salmon - straws, and tomatoes - thin slices, garlic and onions chop arbitrarily;

  • 100 g low-calorie mayonnaise;
  • salt - a pinch.

It takes time to prepare - 25 minutes. In 100 grams of the finished dish contains 260 kcal.

Cooking:

  1. Cut boiled chicken flesh into pieces and scroll twice in any meat grinder (electric or mechanical) along with nuts and butter;
  2. Seasoned minced meat with salt and refrigerate;
  3. Boil potatoes in their skins. Then peel and cut into slices, add canned peas to it and fresh cucumber, diced;
  4. Combine vegetables with minced chicken, fill with light mayonnaise. Put all this in a beautiful salad bowl, top with orange slices and tomato.
Tip: meat for minced meat can be chosen according to your taste.

What a delicious salad to cook for a quick birthday hand

For my birthday, I want to cook something special. It does not have to be a laborious salad of expensive products. It can be based on canned beans, olives, boiled ham and fresh vegetables.

Salad "Italian"

Ingredients required:

  • Shortbread (not very fresh) - 500 g;
  • large tomatoes - 5 fruits;
  • 1 red onion;
  • green basil - 4 sprigs;
  • canned white beans - 1 can;
  • canned olives - 100 g

For refueling:

  • olive oil - 60 g;
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar;
  • Pepper and salt to your liking.

Cooking time: 15 minutes. Quantity: 8 servings of 290 kcal each.

Cooking recipe step by step:

  1. Cut bread into cubes, sprinkle with olive oil on top and dry it for 7 minutes in an oven warmed to 200 degrees;
  2. Wash the tomatoes, chop into cubes. Onion cut into thin half-rings. From jars of canned ingredients drain water. Put all prepared vegetables in a suitable salad bowl;
  3. Prepare dressing: combine olive oil with balsamic vinegar and spices in a cup. Beat the mixture slightly with a whisk;
  4. Add croutons to vegetables, pour over cooked sauce, mix. To make bread cubes soaked with dressing and tomato juice, put the dish in the fridge for 15 minutes.

It is possible and to do differently: put the salad on the table immediately, and let the guests choose according to their taste which croutons they like more (soaked or crispy).

Alsatian salad

It will take:

  • a slice of hard cheese - about 150 g;
  • eggs - 5 pieces;
  • celery - 4 stalks;
  • 150 g of boiled ham;
  • Tomatoes - 6 small hard fruits;
  • green salad - 5 leaves;
  • 5 feathers of green onions;
  • basil - 6 stems;
  • gherkins (pickled cucumbers) - 4 pieces;

For the sauce:

  • 40 g of unsweetened yoghurt;
  • fatty cream - 40 g;
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream;
  • to taste - pepper;
  • 2 pinches of salt.

Cooking takes time: 35 minutes. The dish is designed for 4 persons. Calorie per serving is 310 kcal.

Recipe:

  1. Boil eggs until fully prepared, remove the shells and cut into slices. Peel the celery, and put the leaves until the side;
  2. Cheese and cooked ham chop into cubes of the same size. Tomatoes to lower for a second in boiling water, then remove them from the peel, cut into 8 pieces;
  3. Wash the green lettuce leaves. Arrange them on a flat dish, on top of them on the edge of a salad bowl lay eggs, cut into slices;
  4. Cheese, celery, ham, tomatoes, mix and put in the center of the salad bowl;
  5. Prepare the sauce: sour cream, yogurt, whip cream, season with pepper and salt. Salad dressing cooked sauce;
