  • cottage cheese - 150 g;
  • sugar - 0.1 kg;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • soda - 1 tsp;
  • salt - ½ tsp;
  • flour - 0.3 kg;
  • marmalade for the filling - 150 g.

Cooking time: 40 minutes.

  1. A lot of cottage cheese knead in a separate container, using a spoon, with sugar and salt;

  • flour - 0.2 kg;
  • kefir - 0.2 l;
  • soda - ½ tsp;
  • salt - to taste;
  • orange peel - 10 g;
  • vegetable oil - 0.1 liters.

  • flour - 150 g;
  • milk - 50 ml;
  • sugar to taste;
  • sunflower oil - 50 ml;
  • baking powder - 12 g;
  • cream - 0.1 l;
  • egg - 2 pieces;
  • semolina - 25 g;
  • corn starch - 30 g;
  • Vanillin - 1 year

Cooking time: 1.5 hours.

  1. In a deep bowl pour the flour and baking powder, mix;
  2. To grind flour, a part of cottage cheese (about 100 g) and sugar;
