  • Carrots (large) - 1 pc;
  • Onion - 1 pc;
  • Greens - to taste;
  • Spices - to taste;

  • Vegetable / olive oil (extra virgin) for frying;
  • Sour cream or cream for serving.

  1. Boil the rice for 20 minutes, rinse in a colander, drain the water;

  3. Mix the minced meat or a mixture of several types of minced meat with a raw egg;
  4. Chop half the onions, carrots and greens, add to the stuffing;
  5. Cooked rice mix in minced meat, salt and add spices to the same place. Mix the prepared filling thoroughly;
  6. Put the stuffing in the center of each ring of zucchini, press down with a spoon for better fixing;
  7. In order to get a juicy, fragrant dish in a thick-walled frying pan, you must fry the remaining vegetables. Cut half the onions, carrots, finely chop the tomato and zucchini flesh;
  8. Heat vegetable or olive oil in a deep frying pan thoroughly (if you use olive oil for frying, choose extra virgin). Add chopped vegetables and stew over medium heat under a lid for 10 minutes, pre-salt and add your favorite spices to taste;
  9. When the vegetables are extinguished, put the stuffed zucchini in a frying pan, cover with a lid. Simmer for about an hour on low heat. You may have to add a little boiled water to prevent the vegetables from burning;
