Pouring is prepared from eggs and sour cream by whipping these ingredients. Also, do not forget to salt the mixture. Then the cabbage is poured, the cheese is rubbed on top and everything is put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Curly cabbage casserole with minced meat and cheese

More dense dish than the previous one, which will be a good second at lunch. The cooking technique is similar, but has some differences. For cooking you will need:

  1. Cauliflower - 0.5 kg;
  2. Stuffing from any meat - 0.5 kg;
  3. Onions - 3 pieces;
  4. Hard cheese (any) - 200 g;
  5. Vegetable oil - to taste;
  6. Egg - 3 pcs;
  7. Breading - 3 tsp;
  8. Salt, pepper - to taste.

This recipe is somewhat longer than the previous one and takes about 1.5 hours. Calorie - 100-120 kcal, depending on the type of meat.

First boil cabbage in salted water until semi-solid state, that is, 5 minutes. After that, it must be disassembled into separate small pieces and put off at this stage.

Next, prepare the onion: just chop it finely and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. The second and last of the main elements of the casserole - fill. It consists of eggs and grated cheese, whipped together with a whisk or a mixer.

Cabbage mixed with minced meat and fried onions, all this is seasoned with pepper and salted. Oven, as usual, it is better to warm up to 200 degrees in advance. The stuffing is laid out in the form with cauliflower, poured with an egg mixed with cheese, and baked for half an hour. Served in its pure form, you can combine well with sour cream.

Broccoli and cauliflower casserole

For those who are on a diet or just like vegetable snacks, there is such a light casserole. For the preparation of the use of frozen vegetables allowed - it does not spoil the dish. Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli - 400 g;
  2. Cauliflower - 400 g;
  3. Carrots - 1 pc .;
  4. Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
  5. Celery (stem) - 4 pcs .;
  6. Milk - 300 ml;
  7. Chicken egg - 4 pcs .;
  8. Cheese - 200 g;
  9. Salt and spices - to taste.

Recipe for Cashew and Cauliflower Casserole

Cauliflower and zucchini casserole is an interesting dish, having tried that, many will want to repeat it. A good breakfast and even dinner, because its calorie content is not so great, because the main composition is vegetables and cheese.

Products:

  1. Squash - 2 pieces (young);
  2. Onions - 1 pc .;
  3. Cauliflower - 1 pc .;
  4. Potatoes - 1 pc .;
  5. Hard cheese - 50 g;
  6. Spices and vegetable oil - to taste.

Cooking time - 40-50 minutes. Calories - 96 kcal per 100 g.

Squash in this recipe must be cut into thin slices. Half of the resulting number of plates laid out in a baking sheet, then put chopped onions.

A qualitatively prepared dish will not yield to anything cooked in the oven, you don’t have to make sure that it does not burn down, and in the morning you will have to wait for a warm ready-made dish for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  1. Cauliflower - 0.6 kg;
  2. Onion - 1 pc .;
  3. Chicken fillet (boiled) - 0.4 kg;
  4. Sour cream - 1 cup;
  5. Parsley (greens) - 1 bunch;
  6. Chicken Egg - 2 pcs .;
  7. Breadcrumbs - 50 g;
  8. Vegetable or butter - 50 g;
  9. Salt and pepper - to taste.

Such a casserole, taking into account the preparation of all the ingredients, can be prepared in 1.5 hours, but from the moment of setting the mode, we can assume that the time spent on cooking is over if the finished product is not expected for dinner. Calories about 100 kcal.

As in the case of conventional cooking, boil cabbage for 5 minutes first in salted water. This can be done in the bowl of the multicooker in the appropriate mode. Boiled cabbage should be set aside, and in the meantime, chop the onion and parsley finely.

Beat eggs with a whisk or a mixer, then add sour cream and beat again, seasoning with salt and pepper. Smear the bottom of the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and lay out a portion of the cabbage, previously disassembled into small pieces.

Put chopped chicken meat on it, then greens and onion. From above, a layer of cabbage is made again, and at the end everything is poured with a sauce of eggs and sour cream.

In the "Quenching" mode, the casserole is left for 60 minutes, after which you have to let it cool and stand for a while under the lid. However, serve it best warm.

Boiling cabbage before baking is especially necessary if this process is supposed to be no more than half an hour. If it bakes longer, then during this time it will have time to become soft, however, this is already a matter of taste.

Regarding seasonings there are no restrictions - you can use any favorite spices.

Puff cauliflower casseroles can be supplemented with various additional layers: roasted minced meat, sliced ​​sausage (pepperoni, etc.), thinly chopped potatoes or any other vegetables.
