  • 5 tbsp. flour;
  • 200 grams of cheese;
  • 2 tsp. mustard;
  • 4 p. vegetable oil.

Cooking technology is as follows:

  1. Soda extinguish kefir, then add there 4 eggs, salt, butter (sugar, sleep optional).
  2. We pour the flour in small portions and leave the dough for half an hour under a towel.
  3. Separately, rub cheese, add mustard, 1 egg, 1.5-2 tbsp. flour.
