If the skin of the face, on the contrary, is dry, then it is necessary to add some oil to the mixture. Add 1 yolk to dry clay and pour 30 ml of vegetable oil (apricot, olive, almond). Mix thoroughly and apply to the skin. After 20 minutes, remove the mask with a cotton pad dipped in milk and apply a suitable cream on the face.

Clay has cleansing properties. Combine it (30 g) with oat flour (20 g) and dilute with water (50-60 ml). Apply the mask along the massage lines and leave for 20-25 minutes. Then rinse it with water and rinse with a decoction of herbs (chamomile, lime blossom).

For hair

General mask: clay diluted with water to the consistency of sour cream. Then apply on hair and wash off after 40-60 minutes (the fatter the strands, the longer you need to keep the mask).

For oily hair: mix 70-100 g of clay with 200 ml of kefir and add 7-10 ml of lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and apply to the hair, but pay special attention to the roots. Leave on for 40-50 minutes and rinse with warm water. Rinse them with a decoction of herbs (chamomile, nettle).

For hair growth is well suited mask with castor oil. Mix 60-80 g of clay with 100-150 ml of castor oil. Apply the mixture for 30-40 minutes and rinse with warm water. After the mask, you can wash the hair with shampoo or water acidified with lemon.

A very good hair growth mask, which gives quick results, is considered to be the following: dilute the clay to the consistency of thick cream, add diluted mustard (30-50 g), 20 g sugar, 7-15 ml of brandy. For colds, including sore throat, you can use blue clay. To do this, dilute it (25-30 g) in 200-250 ml of hot water. Thoroughly stir and gargle 2-5 times a day.
