Recipes for sweet and savory filled fill pies

The peculiarity of the filling pies is that the dough for them is made watery. This dough just needs to fill in the selected filling and put the dish to be baked. Such a product can be both a delicious dessert and a hearty cake for dinner or lunch, depending on the filling.

You can choose almost any filling - fruit, vegetable, fish, meat, with potatoes, mushrooms and greens. Feel free to experiment and combine your favorite foods to fill the cake with them.

Stuffed pie filled with boiled egg and onion

This pie can be cooked very quickly. Foods that are needed for him, most likely, are almost always in the fridge.

Products:

  • 280 g wheat flour;
  • 2 eggs (cook, stuffing) and two more - raw in the dough;
  • 160 g plums oils;
  • ½ tsp salt in the dough and about 2 g in the filler (in accordance with the preferences);
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder;
  • 400 g of kefir 1.5%;
  • 2 bunches of green onions.

The time spent on the cake: 1 hour

Caloric value for 100 g: 259 kcal.

  1. Onions are washed and crumbled with a knife. Two eggs are boiled, remove the shell;
  2. Heat the butter in the pan a little, warm the onions for a minute or two, then add the diced eggs. Add salt and, if you want, pepper, mix. Set aside the filling for a while, while preparing the dough;
  3. The butter prepared for the test is melted, sugar and salt are poured, and kefir is poured. Eggs are not whipped very strongly and are also mixed into the butter. Then a little flour is poured (sifted before it) mixed with baking powder. Stir all products. The mixture should be lump free;
  4. The form where the product will be baked is oiled. Pour half of the batter onto it;
  5. Pour out onto the dough filling, then pour the remaining liquid mass on top;
  6. In the oven, set the temperature to 200 C. Bake the cake for 35 minutes. Serve it should not hot, but a little warm.

English jellied pie with cherry berries

This traditional English dessert is the best for a family holiday or tea.

Products:

  • 180 g of sugar and plums. oils;
  • 300 g of cherries (take canned, frozen or fresh berry, without stones);
  • 200 g of wheat flour (sifted immediately before pouring into the dough blank);
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • salt - no more than a pinch.

Highlight the process of making the cake will have: 1 h 10 min.

Calories per 100 g: 296 kcal.

Whip butter and sugar. Separately, stir the eggs with a fork or whisk. Flour is mixed with sugar (2 tablespoons). Then you need to pour out the egg mass to the dry mixture, beat with a mixer or a blender, add half of the remaining flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar.

All ingredients are mixed and poured the rest of the flour. Stir once more until a creamy mass is obtained. Cherries are washed, remove the bones, if they were. Frozen berries defrost and allow to drain water.

If the berries are large, they can be cut in two. Wall baking utensils smeared with oil, pour the dough. Level its surface with a spoon. Pour berries from above. Prepare the product 10-45 minutes (180 degrees).

Pie with canned fish

All family members and guests will enjoy the nourishing fish cake. For the filling, canned fish is used - saury, tuna, mackerel. This will significantly shorten the time for cooking, since fresh fish would have to be prepared before baking the product - boil or fry.

Canned food should be chosen from those prepared with a neutral additive - butter - or canned in its own juice. Tomato or other sauces are not suitable.

Products:

  • 480 g canned food;
  • 300 g sour cream of 10% (it is permissible to take kefir instead) and mayonnaise;
  • 1.5 Art. wheat flour;
  • 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise in the filling;
  • 6 eggs (3 will be needed for the filling, they need to be cooked. Three more - in the dough);
  • 100 g of melted cheese;
  • 4 bulbs;
  • 2 tsp. baking powder;
  • 50 g plums. oils;
  • salt.

Pie takes 1.5 hours.

Caloric content per 100 g: 278 kcal.

Eggs boil, remove the shell, chop finely. Small bulbs cut. Water or oil from a can of canned food is poured, cut fish or crushed with a blender. First you need to remove all the bones. Fry onion until transparent. Mix the fish, onions and grated melted cheese. Mix three spoons of mayonnaise.

Flour mixed with salt and baking powder. Sour cream is mixed with butter (pre-melt), eggs, mayonnaise. Beat the liquid mixture, then gradually begin to mix flour in it.

The dishes, where the product will be cooked, grease, pour half of the dough there. Spread fish filler and pour the rest of the dough. 40-45 minutes at 250 C should be enough for the product to bake, but you need to monitor and verify this process. Before serving, the cake should cool.

Mushroom jellied pie

The delicious mushroom flavor will fill the kitchen when the cake made with the following recipe appears on the table. Mushrooms can be canned or fresh. If dry, they are soaked for several hours before cooking.

Products:

  • ½ kg of mushrooms (in the case of dried, this mass should be on the already soaked product);
  • 4 eggs (3 of them - in the filling);
  • 100 g plums oils (50 of them for the dough, 30 for the filling, the remaining part - lubricate the walls and bottom of the dish);
  • ½ onion;
  • 170 g 10% cream;
  • 200 grams of wheat flour;
  • 3 tbsp. l water;
  • 150 grams of hard cheese;
  • salt pepper.

The cake will take 2 hours.

Calories per 100 g: 264 kcal.

Oil is taken out of the fridge in two hours so that it can melt. Mix the oil with water and egg. Pour, interfering with the mass, sifted flour. Stir the products. The dough in a bowl is covered with cling film and left for half an hour in the main compartment of the refrigerator.

Mushrooms and onions are crushed, fried in a pan for 10 minutes in a pan. Mix the ingredients with salt and pepper (you can add a little nutmeg).

In advance put on the oven 180 degrees. The baking pan is greased and the dough is distributed over it in the form of a basket for the future pie. Spread a mixture of mushrooms and onions. Beat the remaining eggs a little with cream, mix with grated cheese, salt. Pour the liquid to the mushrooms. Baked product for 35-40 minutes. Then let cool and serve.

Pie on kefir with cabbage filler filling

Another delicious cake with a wholesome cabbage filling. It can be an addition to lunch, dinner or a separate breakfast.

Products:

  • 450 g of kefir 1%;
  • 400 g of cabbage (usually they take white cabbage, but you can try Brussels sprout, cauliflower, broccoli);
  • 320 g wheat flour or oat flour;
  • 2 pcs. carrots;
  • 1 tsp. soda;
  • salt, pepper, dill.

Making the cake will take 1 hour.

Caloric content per 100 g: 121.6 kcal.

Cabbage cut finely, on the large side of the grater rub carrots. Fry the carrot in oil with salt, pepper, dried dill. Then fall asleep cabbage and leave to stew, until the products are ready (vegetables will be soft).

Soda is added to kefir and left for 10 minutes. Then pour a pinch of salt, flour, beat the dough with a mixer. In a bowl, the walls of which are oiled, lay out half the dough. Pour the filling on it and fill it with the remaining mass. For baking, it will take 40 minutes (160-180 degrees).

When cooking fill pies, you need to make sure that the oven is working so that it evenly bakes the product from the bottom and top.

To begin with, half of the dough mass is poured into the mold so that the filling does not burn.

Then pour the filler and pour it with the remnants of the dough. Such pies are also called bulk, as the dough is poured into the form on the filling.

As a filler, you can use a variety of products:

  • apples, pears, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar;
  • plums with sugar;
