In order to speed up the preparation of the tincture without alcohol, you can stand it on the steam bath for 15 minutes. The prepared tool should be used within a week, and best of all for 3 days.

Tincture on milk

Effective remedy for the health of young children is propolis in milk. To prepare the tincture of milk you need:

  • in 500 ml of milk add 2 spoons of frozen and after finely grated propolis;
  • put the resulting mixture on a low flame and cook for no more than 15 minutes;
  • strain the prepared product and cool to room temperature;
  • on top of the tincture forms a wax crust, which should be removed, then put the tool in the refrigerator.

Traditional healers recommend taking such a tincture on milk before bedtime, but the duration of treatment should not exceed 5 days.

To normalize the menstrual cycle in women, it is recommended to dilute 20 drops of propolis tincture in 100 ml of warm milk and take this remedy 2 times a day during the last week before the onset of menstruation. Propolis tincture on milk can be used to prevent viral pathologies and increase the body's defenses. To do this, it is necessary to dissolve 10-15 drops of the drug in 100 ml of milk and take 20 ml 6-8 times a day.

Contraindications and side effects
