How to cook a dressing for the Greek salad

  2. Further, all three fillets must be washed with running water to make their taste more tender;
  3. Rinse the parsley, finely chop it;
  4. Parmesan grind grater for zest;

  6. Next, put it together with anchovies in a blender to kill in mashed potatoes;
  7. To add homogeneous mass of sour cream with mayonnaise, parmesan and citrus juice;
  8. Smash everything again into a uniform paste in a blender for thirty seconds;
  9. Put the dip in the serving plate (everyone will add to the salad as much as it sees fit), season it with black pepper, or you can chili powder - a matter of taste;
  10. Sprinkle with parsley and refrigerate for at least one hour.

The recipe for a delicious dressing for Greek salad based on parmesan

  • 45 ml of Worcestershire sauce;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 2 ml of tabasco sauce;
  • 20 grams of garlic;
  • 3 g white pepper;
  • 35 g Dijon mustard;
  • 15 ml of lemon juice;
  • 80 g anchovies;
  • 220 g Parmesan;
  • 80 ml of vegetable oil.

Cooking time - 20 minutes + insistence.

  9. Then squeeze in the resulting sauce, citrus juice, a little salt and white pepper;
  10. Parmesan rub and also add to the dressing;
  11. Mix everything thoroughly and let it stand for at least an hour in the refrigerator.

Sauce with Greek Yogurt Salad

  • 2 pieces of garlic;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 45 ml sour cream;
  • 160 ml of olive oil;
  • 20 g of dill;
  • 200 g yogurt without additives.

Preparation time - 25 minutes + 6 hours.

Calories - 191.

Cooking method:

  1. First you need gauze. It is necessary to fold it several times and place in a colander;
  2. Next, pour the yogurt on gauze and tie it so that it turns out a bag with ears;
  3. Tie the yogurt behind the ears so that it can drain off the whey and leave in that position for six hours;
  4. Rinse the dill, chop only its greens, without touching the branches;
  5. Peel the garlic and put it through the press;
  6. Place the dill and garlic in a blender, pour in the butter and add spices to taste;
  7. Beat the ingredients until smooth;
  8. Lemon wash and remove the zest in a blender;
  9. Squeeze out the juice from citrus, too, to the green mass;
  10. Turn on the blender to smash all the components together again;
  11. Ready yogurt to move into a bowl, add to it a green mass of a blender and sour cream, mix well and you can fill the salad.

Nut salad dressing for greek salad

  • 30 ml of soy sauce;
  • 2 pieces of garlic;
  • 60 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 75 grams of walnuts;
  • 1 lemon

Cooking time - 15 minutes.

Before you salt pick up, it must be tried. There are recipes, even from ours, where added, for example, anchovies. Many people forget that the fillet in the oil is already salty and add more salt to taste. This is a mistake due to inattention.

For Greek salad, you can use absolutely any vegetable oil, since it will not be subjected to heat treatment, but only fill the dish in its raw form.
