When buying chicken fillet, be sure to pay attention to its color (it should be light pink, not red), meat density and smell - they should be natural, pleasant.

Required Products:

  • 400 grams of champignons;
  • 300 grams of chicken fillet;
  • 30 milliliters of vegetable (olive) oil;
  • 2 medium bulbs of non-acute varieties;
  • 3 cloves of garlic as desired;
  • 200 grams of sour cream (15-20% fat).

Cooking time: 50 minutes.

  1. First you need to prepare the mushrooms. We will not wash them thoroughly, peel them. It is enough to wipe the young champignons with a paper towel or napkin and cut into slices (thin slices).
