  • 1300 g beef tenderloin;
  • 80 g of liver pate;
  • 60 g of mushrooms;
  • 80 g red beans;
  • 1 rosemary branch;
  • 15 ml of oil;
  • 650 g yeast puff pastry;
  • 1 egg.
