Ingredients:

An important point: according to this recipe adjika is prepared without using water.

  • 150 g horseradish root;

  • 200 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 70 ml of vinegar.

  • 15 g cilantro, basil, dill, thyme;
  • salt to taste;
  • some walnuts;
  • 1 tsp white vinegar.
