Healing properties of essential oils, application in home medicine

But after its outdoor use it is necessary to limit exposure to the sun, since the skin becomes sensitive to ultraviolet radiation.

Eucalyptus

The composition of the essential oil of eucalyptus contains more than 40 different components. It tends to have a sedative, tonic, regenerating, antiviral, analgesic effect on the body. Used for rubbing against colds to eliminate coughing and ease breathing.

Mint

Along with mint tea, the essential oil of this plant has a calming effect on the nervous system.
