The main components are meat products, and the greater their variety, the better the taste. Use ham, boiled and smoked sausage, bacon, balyk, etc. for dressing. Mandatory component - olives.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. pastes;
  • 4 hunting sausages;
  • 2 l of broth;
  • 3 pickled cucumbers;
  • 2 large potatoes;
  • 150 g doctoral sausage;
  • 0.5 lemon;
  • 2 bulbs and carrots;
  • 100 g olives.

  1. If you make just soup, then take as much meat as possible, and different things - in this case, the hodgepodge will be made according to the rules.
  2. When using recipes with cucumbers, choose strong vegetables, because soft cucumbers in cooking will simply boil down and turn into porridge.
