How to cook butter

For cooking you will need:

Cooking:

  1. Send sea buckthorn or cake to be dried in the oven (70ºC).

Tip: in order to make sea buckthorn oil more saturated and contain a maximum of useful substances, it is necessary to pour fresh oil cake with this oil and leave it for a week again.

How to make juice

If desired, you can make buckthorn juice with pulp. Warm up the prepared berries on low heat (10 minutes), add water (for every kilogram of berries you will need ½ cup of water). Then rub the sea buckthorn through a fine sieve, add granulated sugar at the rate of 0.8 kg per kilogram of fruit.

Bring to a boil, pour into clean bottles, sterilize. Tightly cork bottles, store on the shelf of the refrigerator. It is recommended to take ½ cup of juice daily in the morning, you can dilute it with water or add some honey.
