The Promised Payment service is provided by the operator - it allows you to “lend” a certain amount for a while in order to continue to use the services of the cellular operator, make calls, use the Internet in the absence of funds in the account. Each operator has its own conditions for receiving the promised payment. To enable this feature, you must enter a simple combination of numbers and follow the instructions.

Promised payment on MTS: what is it, the cost of the service

Almost every MTS subscriber can use this service, except for those who have connected a temporary package. But if the subscriber has a negative balance, and he uses the services of the operator for more than two months, you can easily use the service. The promised payment is taken for three days, its maximum amount is 800 rubles.

It is important to note that when you return the "advance" you need to put money into the account: first, the amount goes to redeem the promised payment and only then to the subscriber's account.

In addition, when using this service, a commission is charged - its amount depends on the amount of the advance. Thus, you will need to put on the phone number not only the amount of the promised payment itself, but also the "dripping" interest. The minimum commission is 30 rubles.

If the subscriber took an advance of 500 rubles, the interest will be 50 rubles. Carefully calculate the required amount and put as much into the account, otherwise (if the operator cannot debit the promised payment and the accrued commission) the number will be blocked.

How to connect

There are three ways to help you use this service: a call to the operator, USSD (digital combination), personal account. It all depends on the skills and knowledge of the subscriber. For example, it is much more convenient for older users to call a company representative or enter a combination of numbers; the younger generation can use the service through a personal account.

Number combination

It is one of the easiest options. Step by step instructions are simple:

  1. Open the dial on the phone and enter the combination * 111 * 123 #.
  2. After receiving the reply message, you must agree to the terms.

After that, you will be transferred the promised payment.

Personal Area

To use this method, you need to log into your personal account either from a computer or from a smartphone. Next, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the "Payment" section, click on the "Promised payment" subsection.

After that, get the money.

Call operator

If for any reason you cannot use the service in any of the ways listed above, simply call the MTS operator at 1113.

Ways to disable the service

To disable this service, you must first return the amount of the received advance payment. You can find out the specific amount of debt either in your personal account or by calling the operator by calling 11131. You can also do this via USSD by entering the combination * 111 * 1230 #.

After redemption, you can disable the option and use the services of the operator at MTS rates.

If the need arises again, choose one of the three methods listed above for receiving the promised payment. The main thing is to make sure that the minus in the phone’s account does not exceed 30 rubles and you have fully repaid the debt. You can use the service as much as you like.

Features of the promised payment in Belarus

MTS provides its services not only in Russia, but also in Belarus. For subscribers of this country there is also the possibility to use the services of the promised payment. The maximum amount of the advance is 2 rubles.

To use the service, you need:

  1. Dial on the phone the command * 113 * the amount of the promised payment #, the call button.
  2. Go to the official application from MTS (Connect Manager or My MTS), select the payment section and then follow the instructions.
  3. Call the number 087013. You can also send an SMS indicating the desired amount.
  4. Call the operator to provide you with a certain amount.

It should be remembered that only those MTS customers who have a debt on the account not exceeding 1 ruble can receive an advance payment - otherwise, they need to replenish their account and only then apply for the promised payment. The service is provided for 10 days, after which you need to pay off the debt.

It is also worth remembering that you can receive an advance payment only if:

  1. Customers use a prepaid payment system: that is, payment for services is first made.
  2. The subscriber uses any services, except "Guest".
  3. There is no “Urgent Credit” service connected: in this case, you can get a loan through this service, and its amount depends on the tariff and expenses of the company's client.

If any of these conditions is not met, the MTS subscriber will not be able to use the service of the promised payment.
