How to cook meatballs with gravy in the oven

Meatballs - the closest "relatives" to meatballs and meatballs. Preparation and baking will take about 2 hours. Calorie: one stogramm portion 142 kcal.

Description of cooking meatballs with gravy in the oven:

  1. Rinse the rice until the water in the bowl with the grits becomes transparent, remove all impurities;
  2. Pepper, carrot and onion wash and peel. Finely chop the bulbs and grate the carrots;
  3. In a deep saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the carrot slightly and 1/2 of the total onion;
  4. In a bowl combine, scrolled in a meat grinder, pork and beef. Add salt and seasoning, washed rice, garlic arrows (grated garlic) and one finely chopped onion. Knead by hand until smooth. Roll the mixture into a thick sausage and chop it into equal parts;
  5. Cut the peppercorns into short straws and send to the other vegetables for a quarter of an hour;
  6. Slice the sausages into hands into even balls;
  7. Melt some pork fat in a frying pan and brown meat balls on it from all sides;

  • 0.4-0.5 kg turkey breast fillets;
  • 10–12 potatoes (medium size);
  • 50 grams of rice;
  • seasoning for chicken;
  • 2 tablespoons paprika powder;
  • 4 quail eggs;
  • 1 small onion head;
  • 1-2 slices of loaf (about 50 grams);
  • 50 milliliters of milk;
  • 1-2 sprigs of basil;
  • 250 grams of sour cream (fat content not higher than 10-15%);
  • 50 grams of grated hard cheese;
  • bunch of dill.

The total time for cooking is 1 hour and 40 minutes. Caloric content: 97 kcal per one 100 gram serving.

Recipe step by step:

  1. Wash the breast fillet in a bowl of water, blot excess moisture with paper napkins. Cut the turkey meat into layers, lay it on the board and chop with a knife into small pieces. Put the turkey in a deep bowl;
  2. From the white bread, cut the crust, soak it in milk. When the loaf softens, squeeze it and add to the minced meat;
  3. Grate the cleaned onion. Crush 1/2 bunch of dill and basil;
  4. Break the quail eggs into the dishes with minced turkey, add the prepared onions and herbs, washed rice, season with spices (suitable for you, seasonings for chicken), salt and mix. Roll into one and beat it on the bottom of the tank (or on the chopping board), then it will become more uniform and pliable for modeling;
  5. Dampen your hands with cold water (you can lubricate with vegetable oil) so that the stuffing does not stick to your fingers. Proceed to the molding of meatballs, meatballs, pinching from the stuffing basis. Each bun roll in paprika;
  6. Peel, wash the potatoes and cut into medium slices (4-6 parts);
  7. For cooking, use a deep heat-resistant form with a lid. Grease the bottom and walls of vegetable fat and attach 2/3 of the chopped potatoes;

You will need:

  • 0.6 kg minced chicken breast;
  • seasoning Hmeli-suneli;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 1 portion packet of buckwheat (80-100 grams);
  • 1 medium bulb;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • 0.1 kg of cheese;
  • 0.2 kg of grated hard cheese;
  • 1.5 cups low-fat cream (about 300-400 milliliters);
  • 0.1-0.15 kg of fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill).

Cooking time will be half an hour. Caloric content: per 100 grams 160 kcal.

How tasty to make chicken croquettes with cheese gravy in the oven:

  1. Cook a packet of buckwheat in salted water until half cooked. Groats in individual cooking bags do not need washing and sorting, which significantly saves time;
  2. Place half of all greens in the chopper bowl, pour in the cooled buckwheat, onion (pre-cut into several pieces), break the egg, squeeze the garlic. Scroll through a few minutes until the contents turn into a mush;
  3. In a wide bowl, combine the minced meat with the contents of the chopper and knead thoroughly, adding salt and Hops-suneli, try to make the mass as homogeneous as possible;
  4. Put ready-made meatballs on a wide board and beat them on the work surface (10-15 times). Leave to rest right on the board for a quarter of an hour, or wrap with cling film, put it on the lower shelf in the refrigerator;
  5. Cheese cut into pieces according to the number of products you have planned;
  6. Form a kolobok from minced meat, put a piece of cheese inside of each, and place them in a baking dish, greased with sunflower oil;
  7. Put the form in a well-heated oven for 15-20 minutes and proceed to the preparation of cheese and cream sauce;
  8. In the blender bowl, chop the remaining greens, add cream, egg, grated cheese, a pinch of salt and scroll for a couple of minutes;
  9. Pour the stuffed balls with sauce and bake for another 10-15 minutes until ready.

Fish balls with rice

Required Products:

  • 5 large ripe tomatoes;
  • 0.7 kg of fish fillets (cod, pollock, hake, etc.);
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • a pinch of black pepper;
  • pinch of zira powder;
  • 1 cup of boiled rice;
  • 5 sprigs of green cilantro;
  • 3 purple bulbs;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 50 grams of soft butter;
  • 70-80 milliliters of vegetable oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal;

The total time for preparing a hot snack will be about 1.5-2 hours. Caloric content: per 100 grams 116 kcal.

How to cook fish meatballs with rice in the oven with gravy:

  1. Rinse the fillets, slightly squeeze out the water, turn in a blender (not turning into a gravy) or chop finely;
  2. Add to the fish an egg, butter, cumin, chopped coriander, salt, pepper, add rice and mix;
  3. Wash tomatoes, make large cross-shaped cuts on them and dip them in boiling water for a few minutes. Wait until the tomatoes have cooled, remove the skins and cut the coarse part of the fruit;
  4. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry onion until soft. Garlic slices pass through the press and send to the bow;
  5. Put the tomatoes into the pan, cut into medium cubes, and leave to stew over low heat;
  6. From the minced fish, roll small balls (the size of a pinpong ball), roll them in oatmeal (grind flakes on a coffee grinder). Grease a baking sheet (with high sides) for baking with vegetable oil. Spread the fish balls and send for a quarter of an hour in an oven heated to 200 degrees;
