  • tomato (250 gr.) or pasta - 50 gr .;
  • ordinary water - 0.5 l .;
  • spices, salt - to taste;
  • sunflower oil - for roasting.

The process of creating a dish directly consists of the following procedures:

  1. Take a glass of cereal and carefully wash it. You can leave for a while in the water (while preparing the remaining ingredients).
  2. Clean and wash onions, cut into half rings and fry it in a multicooker cup.
  3. Next we will deal with the meat product (it can be pork, beef): we wash it and grind it into small pieces, which we pepper, salt, sprinkle with our favorite spices.
  4. Peel the garlic, chop it in the garlic press and add to the meat, stir, let stand for a while, pickle.
  5. Add garlic-soaked meat to the onions and fry them together.
  6. After that, pour in the grits, mix the mass and add such amount of water so that it does not just cover our future garnish with the top, but was exactly twice as large.
  7. We introduce salt, pepper or other spices, tomato.
  8. Simmer for 1.5-2 hours.
  9. At the end of the process we serve an aromatic dish to the table.

How to cook green lentil soup

By the way, the same soup (only lean) can be prepared without using meat broth. Tomato can also be added or not (optional). Its cooking time will be halved, calorie - too. Although, on the broth its calorie content per 100 grams. is only 85 kcal., and on the water - 67.

The cooking process will take about two hours.

  1. Clean, wash and grind all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, send there sliced ​​meat, cook it until ready (at least 1 hour).
  3. After 60 minutes, add the washed lentil groats to the meat.
  4. During this time we prepare the rest of the products and do the cooking.
  5. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and lay out the chopped onion, fry until golden brown and add the carrots, pass over and add the tomato.
  6. Stew vegetables for 20-30 minutes.
  7. 20 minutes after boiling the lentils, dice the potatoes, throw them into the pan. After 15-20 minutes, the potatoes will be ready.
  8. Now you can add overcooking, spices, boil the soup for another 5-10 minutes, it is ready.
  9. Add greens.
