Rice with corn and chicken in a pot in the oven is easy to prepare. The liquid from the jar of corn is drained. Onions and carrots are finely cut (carrots can be grated) and fried a little in oil in a pan, then rice (not cooked, previously washed) and corn are laid out there as well.

Products are mixed so that the rice is soaked with oil. Then the pan is set aside from the plate.

Chicken meat is cut into not too big pieces. They need to roll on all sides in a mixture of paprika and salt with pepper.

  • 100 g of dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes, raisins, you can even use figs);

  • 1 tbsp. l drain oils;
  • herbs (dill, cilantro) and spices (salt, pepper) - according to preferences;
  • 1 tsp honey (better to take liquid).

Time spent: 1.5-2 hours.

How to cook chicken stuffed with rice in the oven? Consider in detail. Before cooking dried fruits, it is better to hold them in a strong tea brew. Rice is boiled in 150 ml of water (until it is half cooked). Then the excess water is drained.

The top (colored) part of the orange skin is rubbed on a grated, and juice is squeezed from one half. Rice, dried fruit, zest and orange juice (leave some juice for the subsequent lubrication of the carcass), spices, herbs and butter (it can be melted a little before that for easier mixing) mix in a deep container.

Chicken rubbed with salt and pepper over the entire surface. Inside put rice. The edges of the hole pinned with toothpicks or secured with thread.
