The ointment has a characteristic odor, the color of the drug varies from rich yellow to brown.
Indications for use
Vishnevsky ointment has been used in medicine for many years. Its main action is to destroy germs and accelerate the healing process of damaged tissues. It is prescribed in the presence of the following ailments:
- wounds;
- burns;
- carbuncles;
- psoriatic phenomena;
- bedsores occurring in bedridden patients;
- varicose processes;
- trophic ulcers;
- thrombophlebitis;
- inflammatory processes in the area of lymph nodes;
- weeping difficult healing blisters.
This modest list does not exhaust the scope of the drug. Using this tool to heal boils and acne, the drug helps to eliminate any inflammatory process on the skin. Ointment can be used as an additional tool for hemorrhoids, mastopathy, gynecological diseases.
Contraindications
The drug in some cases is undesirable to use. Ointment is contraindicated in patients with a diagnosis of renal failure. Do not use the drug uncontrollably, it can cause a rash.
