Salad with pickled mushrooms and cabbage in a hurry

This salad is especially good when guests are on the doorstep, and there is no time for a snack. Do not be afraid of culinary experiments, there is no red pepper - put green. No canned peas - it will be replaced by pickled cucumber.

You will need:

  • 300 grams of sauerkraut;
  • 250 grams of pickled fine mushrooms;
  • 1 red bell pepper;
  • 150 grams of canned green peas;
  • any vegetable oil - to taste.

Cooking time: 10 minutes., 100 g of the finished salad contains 28 kcal.

Prepare a salad with pickled mushrooms in a hurry this way:

Step 1. Pepper pod, clean from partitions and seeds, chop straws.

Step 2. In a salad bowl, put sauerkraut, green peas, paprika and mushrooms, mix and pour any vegetable oil, what you have.

Tip: if the cabbage is chopped large, it must first be crushed.

A simple chicken recipe

For chicken salad, fry, pickle onions a little, add fragrant mint that can transform any dish.

Number of ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 1 half;
  • fresh dill - 1 small bunch;
  • pickled mushrooms - 140 g;
  • sweet pepper - 1 green pod;
  • 1 red onion + 3 sprigs of mint;
  • refined oil - to taste;
  • Black pepper + sea salt - on a pinch;
  • 15 ml of lemon juice.

Cooking: 35 min. The value of the dish: 250 kcal.

How to make a salad with pickled mushrooms and chicken:

  1. Season the meat, then repel. Heat refined oil in a grill pan and fry until tender;
  2. Peel the onion, chop the straw and sprinkle with lemon juice. Crush mint leaves. Green peppers, removing partitions and seeds, cut into pieces. Put the chopped vegetables in a salad bowl, sprinkle with oil, season with spices, sprinkle with mint, mix;
  3. Cut roasted meat into strips, drain liquid from a jar of honey agarics, add these ingredients to vegetables and mix again. Chop the dill and sprinkle the finished dish.

Salad with pickled mushrooms, cheese and ham

This recipe from the discharge of the most simple. It would seem, well, what else can you think of with ham and mushrooms? And we experimented and added real mayonnaise of our own making. In addition, this filling in all senses is very easy and goes well with all products.

To prepare the dishes you will need:

  • large egg - 2 pieces;
  • 100 g of ham;
  • greens to taste;
  • semi-hard cheese - 100 g;
  • pickled mushrooms - 100 g

For mayonnaise dressing:

  • half a lemon for juice;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 150 g of refined oil;
  • mustard 5 grams + pinch of salt.

For cooking it will take: 25 min. Energy value: 270 kcal (100 g).

Make mayonnaise dressing: salt the yolk, add mustard, whisk, without stopping the process, start adding a small stream of vegetable oil, pour in lemon juice, continue beating until the sauce becomes homogeneous.

Boil the eggs in salted water, clean. Cut eggs into strips, ham, cheese, mix everything well, add mushrooms, greens to your taste, season with sauce.

Salad "Glade"

When cooking “Polyana” salad, follow three rules: proper combination of ingredients, color composition and mayonnaise not from purchased packages, but homemade.

Products required:

  • 1 jar of pickled medium-sized mushrooms;
  • 10 feathers of green onions;
  • 3 potato tubers;
  • ham - 0.3 kg;
  • 3 eggs.
  • dill

For homemade mayonnaise:

  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 200 ml of refined olive oil;
  • a teaspoon of mustard;
  • a pinch of salt.

Cooking will take 20 minutes. In 100 g of the finished dish contains 140 kcal.

Recommendations for cooking salad "Glade" with pickled mushrooms:

  1. Squeeze the lemon juice. Prepare the mayonnaise: salt the yolk, add the mustard, continuously beat and at the same time pour in the olive oil, first drop by drop, then in a thin stream. When adding about half of the oil, pour in lemon juice, keep mixing until the mass is homogeneous;
  2. To form a salad, you will need a special (culinary) ring and an ordinary flat plate;
  3. Lay it in layers: pickled mushrooms, green onions, shredded ham, grated boiled potatoes, finely chopped eggs. Grease each layer with mayonnaise dressing;
  4. Remove the culinary ring, coat the salad with mayonnaise on all sides;
  5. Chop the dill, sprinkle plenty of salad on all sides, and put the mushrooms on top.

Salad with pickled mushrooms and smoked chicken breasts

There is no limit to perfection - in a salad with honey mushrooms, you can substitute ordinary onions with red. He is beautiful and not as "evil" as a regular bow.

You will need:

  • 200 g of fresh potatoes;
  • 150 g red onions;
  • 150 grams of smoked breast;
  • 100 grams of greenery;
  • to taste tomatoes;
  • to taste salt;
  • large selective egg - 2 pieces;
  • 20 g of mustard granular;
  • jar of honey marinated;
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce;
  • 50 ml of refined oil.

You need 35 min. The value of food in calories: 200 kcal (100 g).

Cooking:

  1. Cook the sauce. Take the eggs, you only need yolks. Beat with a mixer until a steady foam, in the process of beating, pour refined oil in a thin stream. Add chopped onion, mustard to the sauce, mix thoroughly, salt;
  2. Cut the breast into small slices, fold into a bowl and set aside. Boiled potatoes, cut the same slices, shift to the meat;
  3. Tomatoes cut into 4 parts and carefully remove the core, cut into slices, shift to the brisket with potatoes;
  4. Add the mushrooms and season with sauce. Mix thoroughly. All salad with honey agarics ready. Disassemble the "Iceberg" on the leaves, put a layer of leaves on a plate, lettuce on them, decorate with honey agarics.

Layered salad with marinated mushrooms and potatoes

Not difficult, without delicacies, and the taste of the dish turns out to be unusual. One trick - prepare a salad in advance. Soaked in the sauce, the ingredients will become softer.

Number of products for salad:

  • 4 potatoes;
  • pickled mushrooms - 600 g;
  • 5 onions + 5 eggs;
  • cucumbers need salted - 3 pieces;
  • hard cheese - 0.3 kg;
  • feather green onions added to taste;
  • vegetable oil will need for frying.

The number of products for mayonnaise:

  • two egg yolks (large);
  • mustard requires 1 tsp;
  • fresh lemon juice - 30 ml;
  • 150 ml of any refined oil;
  • two pinches of fine sugar;
  • fine salt - a pinch.

It will take 35 minutes for cooking, 200 kcal per 100 g of prepared salad.

Make your own mayonnaise better. It's easy: first, beat the yolks with a mixer, add mustard, whisk, add juice, sugar and salt, whisk. Now pour in a thin stream of refined oil, whisk.

Drain the canned honey agarics, put the contents into a colander. Fry the mushrooms with chopped onions in the pan, boil the eggs and potatoes. On a large grater, rub boiled potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, cheese.

Spread each product in different bowls. Lay the salad in layers: potatoes, mushrooms with onions, green onion, mayonnaise, cucumbers, eggs and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Little tricks

In order for a salad with pickled mushrooms to be very tasty, it is necessary to know the rules of cooking its ingredients:

  • boil eggs for 10 minutes;
  • cook vegetables separately;
  • do not mix warm and cold ingredients;
  • Dill sprigs and fresh cucumbers washed only before cutting, otherwise they lose their flavor.
  • peeling boiled potatoes is easier while it is warm;
  • Potatoes in the "uniform" are easier to peel if boiled tubers are put in cold water for a few seconds.
